• If you don’t remember your password, use “Forgot Password” and follow the recovery email link. Account locks after repeated failed attempts require contacting support.

Always read the full terms and conditions before claiming.

Security, payments, and cashouts after sign-in

Golden Cherry supports major payment methods that you can manage from your signed-in account, including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Neteller, and bank wire transfers. Accounts operate in US dollars, and you’ll see deposit and withdrawal history in your cashier area.

For help with withdrawals, balance holds, or KYC checks, contact support. Payout speed depends on method and verification; review the site’s withdrawal policy once signed in. Terms and maximum cashout rules apply to promotional funds.

Mobile sign-in and geolocation

The site is mobile-compatible, so signing in on your phone or tablet gives you the same access to Rival Gaming slots, live tables, and account features. Geolocation is required where state rules demand it; sign-in may be blocked if you try to play from a location where Golden Cherry is not licensed. Make sure you’re connecting from an allowed location to avoid access issues.

Locked out or need help right away

If you run into problems signing in, Golden Cherry offers several support channels while logged in or from the sign-in screen:

• Live chat — fast help for account access.
• Email — support@goldencherry.com for verification and detailed requests.
• Phone — United States Toll Free: 1-877-441-0793 for urgent assistance.
• FAQ — accessible from the site for common sign-in and bonus questions.

Signing in is the one action that unlocks bonus eligibility, account controls, and full access to the game lobby. Read the full bonus terms, enter the correct bonus codes at the cashier, and contact support if anything looks off — that keeps your play smooth and your funds in order.
